Nlites T5HO?

ok sorry for the noob question,
are 3 of these nlites t5ho tubes enough for maybe 2 plants?
1 white and 2 purple?

oh and i will ad 3 20 watt cfls
any suggestions are much appreciated.

the nlites t5s are for seedlings and vegging mainly. and if you add some red CFLs during flowering it should be O.K. for 2 plants man.

it will be for 2 cannabis and 4 other plants in a diy dwc.
