5 weeks, thats not old at all, and on top of it, he is adding nutes, all i did was initially add spring water then my first watering and so forth with tap water alone, its more likely the size of container, watering problems, lighting. Its in veg so it does need much more than whats in the water. Ive started big plants with just spring water. Dont believe me, try it.
Correction, it does not need much more than water

When you layed out the medium, was it entirely loosely layed out with a very light pressure in layers. Furthermore, no heavy water impacts throughout the grow or other impacts
When i say heavy though, that it dependent on plant size. If you have a small plant and pound it with water, obviouly its going to get stressed

Your fan should never be blowing downward on your plants, thats a huge nono. There are articles about this, it causes your plant to transpire too fast and will either kill them or make unhealthy. Keep fan blowing straight or slightly upwards at upper level of plant, keep it on low and minimum 2 feet away. You
