Newbie soil grow question

My first grow is hydro and it’s been fantastic.
I started a soil grow, seems a little slow.
It’s been 15 days since sprout. The little leafs turned yellow, but the main leafs look great actually.
Is this normal?

FF HF Soil
Distilled watered PH 6.8
No nutes

It’s normal, and it looks healthy, but it should be much bigger than that at 15 days since sprout. The plants I circled in this picture are 15 days old today.AF1FA1A5-8AA8-453D-9FA8-851D29FC5743.jpeg

More real estate.
Be careful with the water. That looks too wet for a seedling (even if you watered just before taking the picture). That shouldn't need any water for days...maybe as long as a week. When I first started, I watered a seedling that size in a solo cup too much, and it took a full week for it to dry back out and the solo cup had drainage holes drilled all over it.

It wasn’t watered until that picture. It was too dry and needed to be watered. I water every 2 days or so. That’s why it’s droopy, it’s time to water.

They get droopy from being over watered, too. If you water that seedling that much, every two days, you will kill it. That’s what one trying to tell you. It’s probably as small as it is due to too much water.

Ok. Totally understand. It was in a super small container and I never watered too much, because it always looked great until it was way too dry. Then I would water. I use a spray bottle.
