I'm at a loss...maybe up your temps a bit...shoot for 80-85f or approximately 26 -28 C degrees ambient room temp.
Do not oversaturated your medium as stated.
Try raising your light to about twice that height, see how they react.
Hopefully they pull through.

Is it too bright?
it doesnt look like but your temperature could be higher 15.5°C is far too low - aim for 30°C under LED or 25°C otherwise.
Peat usually contains high amounts of N and is quite acidic so just let them grow a bit, seeing that some of your sprouts do welll... but they're dark anyway so you may just feed them tapwater and stimulants until they grow more and then, you go from there....

35CM
I think 35cm is a little close, but depends because LED’s are different depending on several factors. I’ve seen people recommend 18” or 46cm, and can tell you that I experienced leaf bleaching and light stress from having my LED too close. Maybe bump it away from the plants a bit.

All that being said, I would also only feed plain pH’d water until she gets bigger. And don’t oversaturate the pot. Let it dry out completely before you water it again. Overwatering can cause way more problems than underwatering.
