IMHO, he's not here to learn or add anything relevant, just here to argueJesus! I guess you can't save them all! Good luck with your grows, because you are going to need it if you can't understand how to break down the definition of a word.
He'll try to tell you that "Schwazzing" isn't the same as defoliation even though he claims the removal of any leaves is defoliation.
Wait what? Thanks man. More people are reaching out that don’t want to argue. They just want to share info. It’s sad we have to do it by PM for risk of getting into this shit.
He needs to get on Reddit and join r/microwgrowery, then. He'll be in heaven over there.IMHO, he's not here to learn or add anything relevant, just here to argue
So, what you are saying is that there are more people who don't understand what defoliation actually is, and they are sending you PMs to tell you you are correct?Wait what? Thanks man. More people are reaching out that don’t want to argue. They just want to share info. It’s sad we have to do it by PM for risk of getting into this shit. Defols are just more chill.
Go ahead and buy his $500 book (which he lowered to $300 due to people calling him out). Don't forget to buy his overpriced nutrient lines, too!Wait what? Thanks man. If you prune that shit out and the plant grows bigger tops, nothing is wasted.Correct, it's just a little more work when it comes to packing a bowl. But, if you dry herb vape, you can stick stems in there and you won't even taste them, because they aren't burning. I personally think letting it go to waste is a waste.
The pages of that book can be used as toilet paper.Go ahead and buy his $500 book (which he lowered to $300 due to people calling him out). Don't forget to buy his overpriced nutrient lines, too!
I honestly don't know if I believe that. I've chopped them, and I've left them, but I've never noticed a difference in the size or weight of the canopy buds. I might be more on board with that if I could find actual written evidence of it, but the fact that the lower larfy buds grow so slowly leads me to think that removing them probably effects the upper growth a lot less than people claim. If you prune that shit out and the plant grows bigger tops, nothing is wasted.
Here's an example of what I mean. Top image was yesterday and the bottom image was also yesterday after I removed all the leaves that were getting crispy and/or had other issues.

What do you mean? You wait to long, to much space everywhere
There is no need for that negative aggressive attitude towards him because he is correct, in grow terms defoliate and prune are two different terms. used widely between growers.Defoliation
remove leaves from (a tree, plant, or area of land), for agricultural purposes or as a military tactic.
not seeing the word mass or any number in the definition
feel free to change the definition they way u see fit to feel better
I’m saying cutting your plant is cutting your plant. Not sure how else to say it. The other guys with not touching it, they at least are taking a firm stance. Agree with them or not they aren’t touching anything. There is no need for that negative aggressive attitude towards him because he is correct, in grow terms defoliate and prune are two different terms. used widely between growers.
Don't waste your time with them. I tried to break down the definitions with arrows and they still refuse to accept that defoliation has a clear definition. There is no need for that negative aggressive attitude towards him because he is correct, in grow terms defoliate and prune are two different terms. used widely between growers.
He’s saying you didn’t do it right. How hard is that to understand? Thanks for confirming you are just a troll that likes to argue. If I have no idea what they were trying to say then I'm sure you don't either. View attachment 4517618
This is like saying that you can water your plant every hour, or every day, and with any amount...because watering is watering.I’m saying cutting your plant is cutting your plant.
