What nutrients to use for

Flip a coin. They all work but I've mostly used AN for the last 19 years and still do. 3-part with Big Bud for my bloom booster and Rhino Skin for some silica. Any old CalMag will do and some Epsom salts once in a while. All the other crap they have is a nice way to lighten your wallet. lol

If you use RO water you don't ever have to mess with the pH and shouldn't. That's a real nice feature in my lazy-ass books.

Yes but usually referred to in the order of GMB, Grow, Micro and Bloom which is odd as you're supposed to always add the micro first then either/or both of the others. Unless using CalMag then that should go in first they say. If you are going to use a potassium silica product other than Rhino Skin then that has to go in first so you can pH the water back down to around 7 before adding any other stuff but if your nutes are low pH it makes great pH Up.

I'm not sure about those. Aminos are good but aminos aren't silica and I have no clue what Multi Zen is. Check the ingredients for silica. It will have K2SiO3, (potassium silicate), SiO2, (Silicon Di-Oxide). It is not critical to have but helps strengthen the plant and make it more impervious to some diseases like powdery mildew. With real soil there is some naturally so it's used mainly in hydro grows.
