There 16 er 17 days old I think.. I have to check the regiment, I been using vinegar to “stabilize” my PH like everyone else does then I retested the water and it rose back up, my water is about 8.1-8.3 before I lower it eh, gotta buy a bottle of Ph down and maybe sum cal mag xtra incase cuz gorilla zkittlez an blue cheese r heavy feeders, the other strain is 8ball kush
Plants looking nice sir. Have you tried not adjusting you tap water or do you always adjust it? My ph when I was in colorado was like 8.4ish last time i checked there (cheap shitty digital meter that has since been thrown away), also checked it with the drops there and it was above 8 color as well. Where I'm at now also showed the same above 8 ph color the one time i checked here. I say all this because after my first run, i built my own soil and never "ph'd" my water to a specific range. I do make nute teas/fish hydrolosate/other goodies when I see fit, which will affect the ph of the water i assume, but really haven't seen, from what I can tell, an issue stemming from a ph issue with my tap water

I'm no expert by any means though, just curious if I am really missing some things by not catering to a more suitable ph range. I always see mixed opinions regarding whether to ph or not. I just hope my microbes are healthy and adjusting things for me and it's working for now.

I use to believe pH didn't matter in organics, but have learned that it actually does. I'm in CO and use water that's around 7.2-7.6 that has lots of Ca in it. I also amended with too many dry amendments with Ca before I realized what was happening. The extra Ca raises the pH. I've lessened the amount of amendments with lots of Ca, and have been feeding them with water with a lower pH, around 6.5-6.8 using organic bottled nutes, or citric acid. They are much happier now, and my soils pH is getting back on track. The microbes only can do so much.

See I'm having a hard time following what your saying my water soluble regiment. I'm just using the EWC, Molasses, and kelp too boost micro biology not as a feeding, the other stuff I've been pre mixing the soil and top dress when needed. I'm doing the exact way Mr canuk grows does uve been watching him for over a year. Pluse I'm growing indoor I wish I could grow monsters like that but don't got a good grow season out here.
Yeah I was just stating it as a fact ..that basically any water soluble regiment would have to be dialed in pretty sweet in order to match the quality and nice green foliage in veg especially, that the Gaia green top dressing dry ammendments will do for yah! It’s a hunch I have after over a dozen years fucking around with shit and the Dagda grow n bloom time release (nerds) was behind my reasoning.. I did a side-by-side test using a shot glass once month in a circle trench out from my main stock of Dagda “lord of the field” nutes or whatever it says there, vs an all purpose 20-20-20 w/monster grow and B-52 on veg then a 15-30-15 fer bloom with rhino skin n big bud and sweet. Probly more than that for sure, yeah I was feeding some monster bloom instead of big bud with the same base nute and found Big Bud by advanced resigned superior by a little bit.. I had all these diff regiment at the same time going between like 35 5-6 foot R2 n freezeland I had outdoors that year. I figure I gained 2-3 years experience every outdoor season between the years 2011-2016 because of all the fucking around dialing in nutes... annnd guess what ima bout to say lol? Where the fuck is the dry ammendments? Cuz they literally work magic on ur cannabis boys I swear all these liquid products r just a cute name on the bottle ! Even tho I’m using advanced rn I’m not scared to say it, they do work good tho, just the Gaia green is better for outdoors by far

Ima finish reading ur shit here in a sec but I only caught the part where ur saying PH and I gotta cutin rn.. vinegar is a joke!! Nobody ever use that it stabilizes ur PH for a very short time like 4-6-7 hours then ur PH will slowly rise back up to 8.1 in my case from 6.5 after adding a cap of vinegar like all the “veteran growers” on here been telling me to do lol I checked my runoff an it showed that vinegar is good way to luring ya into false sense of security then lock ur nutes out sum day probly, I went n baught a bottle of PH down n e way..n thanks! These r my gorilla zkittlez, 8ball kush and blue cheese in 7 gal pots the bigger 6 are bout 3 1/2 weeks from sprout

See that's where I got mixed up I thought you were talking about the compost tea but it was about bottled nutrients and yeah they work fine but take a while to dial in and is sometimes a bitch if you have plants that are light and heavy feeders and ph omg it's like your a damn scientist mixing all the stuff. All my seedlings have popped out of the soil but I will add pics in about a week or two when they are bigger. I pre mixed the sunshine mix#4 (soil less mix) with the Gaia green 4-4-4 and will top dress when needed. I will be waiting for the seedlings to get a bit bigger befor I give them compost tea in like a week and a half. And I will be vegging these for at least two months.

I am running
10 Do-Si-Dos (reg)
2 Cement Shoes (fem)
2 Critical Mass (fem)
1 Northern Lights Fast (fem)
1 White Widow (fem)
1 Super Skunk (clone)

I wonder what the midnight kush is like by G13 labs ... it’s supposedly Hashplant x Blueberry, sounds wicked to me might hafto try that outdoors as well.. fuck so many options lol
Yeah no doubt it's hard to choose with so many choices but I would give that one a try for sure. What % THC is the midnight kush supposed to be?

https://www.truenorthseedbank.com/midnight-kush-feminized-seeds-g13-labs ... I’m not sure the potency I spose that would depend on which hashplant it was bred with .. the hashplant is the male I believe soo. Hopefully it’s sensi hashplant and not ace seeds or sumthin cuz ace produces a bubba kush hashplant cross and the HP is 50/50 Thc/Cbd , that ain’t what I’m looking for but...I guess I wouldn’t even rly mind if i had a real good 50/50 strain for specific medicinal purpose right..

Not real sure, I’d love to find out I guess, gonna b an expensive guess though @70 sum bux a 5pack
I also get my seeds from True North Seed Bank I usually get Canuk Seeds Genetics.

That one must be a new strain if it dosnt say the THC %. You should start a journal for that one I would love to see how it turn out.

I'm also top dressing with Gaia Greens All Purpose 4-4-4 in veg and 2-8-4 in flower. I'm just using the tea for more micro biology not really a feeding and am using nylons to hold the EWC and kelp meal I'm brewing in the tea. And thanks for your input it helps a lot and I will defenatly give that a read.
I just switched 4of9 over to Gaia green 14tbsp per 7gal pot.. 8 parts 2-8-4 6parts 4-4-4 . How is yours making out? I wanna do a side by side of both 3 part advanced nutes n the organic dry stuff but if I see massive bud production out the gate here in the next week il be forced to switch em all over I think .. run me dry of my 500gram bottle of bloom holy fuck ya use a lot quick of this stuff I didn’t realize, thank god I got a 2kg of the all purpose!

My best advice, skip the high phosphorus inputs and swap them out with micronutrients. You will see why, your plants will start to fade yellow and you will think that it is a N def when really it's Iron Chlorosis from high P and locking out your iron and other minerals. Also, if this tea is for seedlings, skip the kelp because it's high in sodium. Sodium is detrimental to seeds/seedlings...
Isn’t velo kelp by remo for seedlings they spray it on em?
