They are suspending rent and loans more and more every day. If all people need is food money, looting shouldnt be to big of an issue for a while.....

they are basing your $1000 on your last years tax return. Many of the poorest workers don't earn enough annually to need to file income tax, so they don't qualify....sorry no soup for them

Many of the people on those particular human livestock plantations are gun less due to the restrictions.
State governments though, will never be gun less, how else would they get people to remain on lockdown?
Easier for tyrants to mission creep their lockdown in heavily restricted States.....which is what is playing out in front of us now.
