When to flip to 12/12

Hi yall,

So this is my first grow, the beans popped out of the soul on January 27th. After facing tons of newbie issues like watering and nitrogen toxicity ( using hot soil)

Anyways it's been about 6 weeks of veg, the pistols that showed they were girls have turned white and it looks like bud sites are formed . They arent very tall maybe 18-24 inches . However I know you can flip plants early. I wanted some feed back. Strains are guessed via names on a bag I had. No idea if they are indica or sativa.

They are still an little sad from all the newbie issues I put them through but are slowly getting better .

I have new genetics I want to get growing and wanted to see if you guys would advise flipping them to flower

The blurples make it really hard to see, but it really depends on how much height you have to work with, and total space available to allow for the stretch.

This one has the least amount of sites or what I think are just cola spots. idk I'm a noob lol but I have them in a 2x4 gorilla tent . Its 4 plants total. I did 4 because i assumed at least one was going to be male but i was lucky i guess lol . I'm not worried about height but more width

Beautiful plant. And nice choice with the Gorilla. That's one of my next purchases. It looks like you could give them a bit more time before flip, but don't go too long, lol. I'd probably wait a week or two of it was me, just remember they will get even bigger in flower.

Here is one of the others with more sites. As you can see, a bit too much nitrogen . I have one in worse shape I am hoping to get to recover . Its suppose to be saltwater taffy, well that's what I was told anyways .

Yeah I bought one of the grow kits from supercloset while the kit was on sale . Alot of people on here told me I was getting ripped off, in a way yeah kinda lol.

But the xl 600 light is 1k alone so it wasent to bad . Paid 1250 plus shipping for the tent, the light, phresh filter, inline fan, nutes. Tds meter, ph up and down . Hangers, cgfi plug, grow cam, smart plugs.

I think I made out pretty well.

However I wont be feeding these girls again because of the FF soil blend I'm using. Ocean and happy frog mix

Watch over watering em eh I can almost tell you give em too much water just by loooking at the thickness of your leaves

Oh yeah you will, even if ur soil is a bit hot I guarantee you your gonna have puny lil buds if u don’t feed ur plant thru weeks 2-5 of flower
