what kind of plant is it. It sounds like it flowered like a sativa, but it doesnt look like it. it has an interesting look to it.

Seven months?!?

What light do you have? What light cycle were and are you using?

What did you do wrong? You neglected to do your homework :)

Not everybody can ride a bike their first try, most important thing is to keep trying and learn from each try.

You have to let us know every detail you have, or we will just ask question.
What light are you using?
What ventilation do you have?
What temp and RH are you usually at?
What nutrients are you using, what medium?

Tell us everything. If you have pictures throughout the grow that would help a lot

dont jump his ass, it could be a crazy long strain. besides he started this thread to do his homework and prepare for his next run. spek9 you are 99% chance of being right though, 7 months is definately a long time, especially if the plant isnt 15 feet tall. theres almost definately a problem with one of the things you listed above.

It wasn't my intention to jump on him. If it came off that way, I apologize to the OP.

I was however being serious. Before the next run starts, best to do as much research as possible.

excellent advice +1 and http://growweedeasy.com is a good place to learn. I'm sorry if you didnt mean to come off like that. I'm a defensive pos. The last time somebody criticized me a was into it like 200 words before, I realized I was winning in the dumbass department. :wall: I 100% agree with your advice, go back to the books, and get ready for the next run. I'd try some different seeds too.

Very nice job sticking with that girl for 7 months. You, my friend, are well on your way to being a successful grower! Patience is something you must have, which you obviously do.
That's actually a good point.

Most growers can't wait the three to four months or so for a typical grow cycle. That'll seem like a breeze after waiting seven months for the first one!

Strain ? ... I gots to know .

Also.
If it had full leaf death 5 months back THEN thats when it would have been pulled since leaves where beyond photosynthesis. Any pics under normal light ?

I preach this over and over to new growers from the very beginning. Step 1. acquire patients. Step 2. get more patients. Step 3. Make sure you have fully followed steps 1 and 2.
