23c is tent temp, lower to the ground.
btw. RH is i check now with the humidifier, 50-60%.

will take the ir gun tomorrow.
think leaftemp was quite similar 22-23c.

so far it works, cant say for how long.
electric heating will draw the energy efficinecy ratio down too much for my personal taste.
so far i dont use much energy.
You missed the whole point lol. You spelled leaf as fear

no i ment fear.
i fear that the temparature is/will be the weak point, as i cant really raise it much.
so i fear temp related problems tb more clear... yes i miss sometimes things in "your" language and its sometimes hard to be clearer.
Leaf? i thought ah yes, its just the tent temp, valid question, lol.

you guys are entertaining.

Day 7 of flower.
so far , so good.
still not that much light, after my last experience i hesistate a bit to give more.
120w main, 10w 660, 8w UVA for 5h a day.
should be 500-600ppfd.
leaftemp is just 23,5c.
EC in is 1.3 out is lil lower.
PH is still crap, looks like i have the crappiest hydro corels in the reservoir you can find, 5.5 in PH 7 out...

Looks healthy and fabulous. And to think that its with less than 150w for a 3x3.

day 13, were at
158W mainlight with 14W 660nm on a suqare meter.
PPFD is about 600-700 at the canopy, corners just get 400.
EC in and out is about 1.3
PH out is still not good, more like PH7.

flowers are setting in since a few days, guess the 15/9 before going 12/12 have some effect here, and/or the EOD.

UVA
i use 365nm leds and, ok ,also 390-400 which is more near UV.
so UVA/nearUV would be more precise.

edit:,depends on who defines the range.
according to the english wikipedia entry all my leds there are UVA
Ultraviolet AUVA315–4003.10–3.94
(0.497–0.631)
Long-wave, black light, not absorbed by the ozone layer: soft UV
Hm.... That's very interesting. I'm so glad I didn't spend the money on agromax or solacure bulbs and a fixture and damnable ballasts. Bleh!

The new 280-310mm cutter strips are 58 watts per 1' strip with 12 diodes, 6 of each alternating. They I think will be the best option just for form factor alone. They can actually fit in the tent now. Fluro tubes are not easily hung amongst all that's in there currently, ya know?

what i do there is not the same level as some using solarcure or else.
think the plants like some UVA, they grow healthy with it.
i also think it makes them stink more.
may some postive transpiration effects and stretch supression also.

not planing to go overboard with UVB at this moment myself, its easy to damage plants.
i have bunch repltile bulbs ive never used at hand.
i follow what the UVB users report with big eyes, especially nachooo.

btw. i think 58W 280-310nm is ... tons of UVB, i would probably try to run them as low i can to get a feel for it first.
would be 5w each led as you describe, sounds like the max rating of it, its high, even for a high power led.
.. i use my 24 high power uva leds with a quarter watt atm.

always not easy to read your plants.
this is one hour before lights out.
the 2 front plants arent dropping.
the outer edge
P1030664.JPG
the one in the back does.
P1030665.JPG
she will be back on track after some good sleep, but i am asking myself if thats not a tad too much for the one in the back.
i mean, were at below 20w a square feet, far below and the plant is clearly in to flower.
also it seems she start to feed through the magnesium, i always give some epsom with every feed, still hungry for it.
