Hey everyone so I ran into a little problem. I have a 4 week old lemon haze and 1 1/2 week old auto flower sour in one tent. I’m looking for start flowering my super lemon very soon but I am scared me switching the lights from 18/6 to 12/12 will effect my autoflower and force it into flowering early. I want to know is this true or will the auto flower grow according to its genetics even with the light change? Are there any other things I could be doing? I attached a picture of how they look! Thanks ! My lemon haze is not a auto flower

Yeah dont put autos under 12 12, not that u cant. But youll just jeopardise your yeild. You cant force an auto to flower the auto will force itself when its ready.
So what should I do lol I don’t have another grow tent. I can hold off putting my lemon haze into flower for a couple more weeks
I’ll probably just hold off switching the time for another week maybe 2

I think if your growing auto and fem you obviously need 2 different tents dude, so take this on the chin, dont veg your lemon haze for more than it need you dont want it to over grow your space and remember, autos dont taste as nice to smoke as photoperiods, period.
Damn so I just should stick to the plan and flower my lemon soon huh. I have a 36 x 20 x 58 tent. The lemon is already pretty tall on height and very bushy. Based on the picture how long do you think I should keep her in veg ?

How tall is she and how tall is your tent in meters bro
My tent is 58’ tall and my plant is probably around 2 feet tall I’m not completely sure I’m not home and can’t get the measurements till the morning. I do know for sure I’m running out of room height wise because of the carbon filter and 2 lights I have

I was shitting bricks the first time i topped, was peering into the tent to see if i had killed them or not lol you just want the bestfoyur plants so heres what to do. When you next see them, get a tape measure, measure 7 inches from the to down, anything below that mark you want to de-foaliate, take it off. That will give her good breathing space for when you switch her to flower in the next few days. Id say give it til friday as is then de-fo, 2 days rest and flip them into flower on sunday bud. If your having trouble with the de-fo follow me on instagram ill facetime you and show you my girls so you can see what i mean, dont be scares to take her leaves off shell love you for it trust me

Sounds good thank you for all the info I’d definitely appreciate it. Lol I swear the first top I did I felt the same way, I went to bed thinking I had killed my lemon but it looks Better then ever since the topping.

If it wasnt for the people who helped me on this site i would of probably died from anxiety for my plants, just want to help out cause i know how it feels, but yh like i said de-fo from 6-7 inches from the top of each head down, so you leave the tops looking nice and full but underneath youll actaully be able to water without lifting up her skirt lol

Hi Skittles, You are the first person I have read on here to say Autos dont taste as good as photos. Anyone else agree/disagree???

Ive heard alot of people say they cant taste the difference, thats kool i respect their opinion. It all comes down to this, if autos are so good why doesnt everyone grow them... think about it, everyone in the world would grow autos even lets say i dunno... jungle boys in america, why do they grow photoperiods, they just wouldnt waste their time. They obviously have their reasons, which im sure are similarl.

And i think the main reason would be.. yeild you can only yeild so much off an auto, the quality just isnt the same
