Is my seedling okay?

Here is my seedling 14 days from seed. It’s my first grow and I just want to know if I’ve overwatered my plant. It’s under 24hrs of t5 light and I feed PHd RO water only. It seems a little droopy today and it seems to have some twisting leaves that are developing. Any input would be appreciated.
The leaves have good color but might be a little stressed from the way the edges are lifting.
There are different ways to proceed.
If it was my plant I would transplant to a bigger pot and give it a break from the 24/0 hr lighting and change it to 20/4 or 18/6 and maybe raise the lights an inch or two.

Thanks for the response. So it doesn’t look overwatered to you? I raised the light A few inches. It’s now 6 inches away.

Hard for me to tell.
Over watering is usually when the soil is kept to wet for to long and causes the leaves to drop.
It's hard to tell because sometimes the first few sets of leaves on a small plant come out looking a bit twisted from early growing pains.
The color of your leaves look good.
If you are over watering or watering to often it is not by too much from what I can tell.
Not sure I'm explaining this well but the twist in the leaves is hard for me to read, It is the slight lift on the edges of the leaves that are showing a minor stress, possibly from the light being to close. High temps or low humidity along with the lights to close will also cause the lifting of the leaf edges.

How often are you watering??? I would also get it in a larger pot as it will outgrow that little cup and get rootbound quickly.

I am new to this, but I’m lucky enough to have someone with some experience helping me.

He has always cautioned me that overwatering is way way worse than under-watering.

I water once every 2-2.5 days. I have 6 holes in the bottom of the cup to aid drainage. I am going to transplant in a few days.
When you transplant take note of the color of the roots.
The whiter the better. When plants are kept to wet from over watering and poor drainage the roots will be less white or a bit brown.
I have a feeling yours will have a good color.

Key7 I second @Kushash advice to give them 4-6 hours of darkness.
