I have free range chicks on my property I go in the pen n scrape it up free shit ...lol
Yeah that's the shit. It's so rich you only need a handful per container and it's faster release than cow manure. Greens em up real nice. So glad to hear it's working for ya; I try to keep some on hand at all times.I think Drysift uses this one. But I haven't tried it yet.

I wound up getting this one from BAS. So far I haven't noticed any odors, and my wife hasn't complained, lol. My plants love it, and it's really easy to mix into the topsoil or add to vermicompost. Glad he kept pushing chicken shit, and so are my plants, lol.

yes it is a 1 qft bag, I did let it cook a few weeks.Thank u for your feed back!, I have been doing subs soil, going to give this a go. When you wrote !qft bag, that 1 cubic foot correct? did you let soil cook, or use immediately? I see where there are different Dr E bud and bloom, are u using the 3-9-4 or the 4-10-7, so thanks again for sharing this info
I bought it direct from Soilandminerals. They are outside Baton Rouge, La.Where does the Agricola fertilizer come from? It doesnt seem to be US based.
I'd go with half a cup or slightly more of earthworm castings alone, initially. Eventually and gradually add more amendments.Hey, so I have four plants going in a a small 2x2.5ft tent and 3 gallon containers. They have been vegging for about 4 weeks now and look to be doing just fine. I want to flip to flower while they are still small, all 4 are roughly on their 5th or 6th nodes and seem healthy. The mix I'm using is a recycled mix that has been used for a few different things over a couple years, re amended with earth worm castings and various inputs over that time. I'm just wanting to give the plants some fresh castings and a little something extra to try and stay ahead of the game since they are in smaller pots before I start flowering.
The things I have on hand are: kelp meal, alfalfa meal, insect frass, crab shell meal, oyster shell, neem meal and karanja meal. I also have a worm bin for some fresh castings and some homemade compost from outdoors. I was thinking about mixing a couple tablespoons each of the frass, kelp and neem into the castings with a little bit of added pumice mixed in. What are your guys thoughts or practices on top dressing right before the flip/early flower?
Thank u again, have all ordered and will run it next round, loving that sky walker og, 14days into flower on the sky walker , green crack, death start and Og, super soil this round, will post when worthy of ityes

I went with like 3 tbsp kelp and 2 tbsp each of insect grass and crab shell. mixed that into like 50/50 fresh soil and ewc.I'd go with half a cup or slightly more of earthworm castings alone, initially. Eventually and gradually add more amendments.
Very nice!so took a couple more pictures since today is two weeks from flip. I'm a little nervous about the small containers holding up, two plants are in 3 gal and the other is only in a 2 gal. hopefully I can stay on top of things with light nutrient type "teas" if needed after this last ewc topdress.
ROLS here, 5 qt mix in 6 qt waste baskets. Your fine and EWC are Gold, usually top dress with castings and Archipelago Bat Guano 0-7-0 and crab/oyster shell will work. I like wood ash for K and it’s free and fast.so took a couple more pictures since today is two weeks from flip. nice, thanks for easing my concerns. Do you start your plants in the 6 qt containers? also, what kind of veg time do you give them before the flip?ROLS here, 5 qt mix in 6 qt waste baskets. They start as sprouted seeds in Solos an$ up potted to 5” squares or qt yogurt containers in a couple weeks, topped and then flowered at 4 or 5 weeks and up potted to final containers when sex shows.nice, thanks for easing my concerns.
