Led light

Id probably go for a cmh, its a more problem free lighting; white led lights, which is what i recommend, needs good environmental control and heating winter time.

Where as cmh gives you an easier grow. Only problem is if you have spiking summer heat. But in that case you can just use some supplementary white ledsstrips and dim your cmh.
The cmh will cover you at least until summer. If you feel youll have problems with heat then just come back and its easy to work out some 200w solution with strips and diy for 100€

No not really. But with your budget (less than 200pounds and on Uk market, no diy at least yet?) And with cmh being a much easier learning curve coming from hid. Led sometimes needs tight control of heating and humdity, cmh seems to keep the space within parameters unless you have very hot summers. Led in winters can suck.

Also not so many good low cost options on uk amazon. Maybe us Amazon could do better.
