Advice needed are my plants ok?

I've never grown in soil or soilless mix before, my only experience is with dwc and aeroponics (10 years ago) so back into it heard soil was easier, less feeding, less up-keep. Boy was I wrong! It seems soil or soilless mix is more complex up until an hour ago I thought I had soil but now I know I have sphagnum peat moss, perlite & dolomite lime. I was watering every 4 days 2 litres of water bc I was scared to over water and didn't know I was supposed to water until I have run off. Silly me. Now I think I might have a salt build up and I am concerned because all the new growth is clearly yellowish/lime-greenish plus it's very very thin and seems kind of curled back at the tips So now I have flushed 2 of the 4 plants that are of concern and they seem to be doing better than before, when I finally got runoff for the first time it was very acidic but I was able to get it up to 6.2-6.5 ( I'm buying more RO water tomorrow and will finish off the job for the two other plants all the way up to 6.5-7.0) then next watering I will flush the first two again and get the ph the rest of the way up. In the mean time can someone please fill me in on how they look. I remember when I grew in hyrdo my plants looked healthier and fuller (mind you I never defoliated back them so that could be a thing) but these just don't look up to where I want them. All suggestions are appreciated and welcome. Temp is steady at 72-77°F during the day and no lower than 62.5°F during the night, rh fluctuates between 30-49% generaly (sometimes a bit lower) I have a 6 inch fan pulling air out of my 5x5 and allowing air from the room my tent is in to passively enter through the vents on the bottom two sides of the tent.
They are under a HLG 600 v2 rspec, 25 inches from canopy was feeding advanced nuits ph perfect but think I was grossly under feeding. To achieve runoff I had to water 4 gallons on one and 6 on the other, to get ph up I had to give each and addition 3-4 gallons. Again any suggestions, recommendations or comments are welcome and appreciated! Please help!

Sphagnum peat, perlite and lime ... sounds like Pro Mix. That is considered as a soil less mix. I found straight Pro Mix didn't retain water as well as a 2:1 mix of soil to Pro Mix that I use now.

2 liters every 4 days sounds a little light on the agua. Regardless of straight Pro Mix or the soil/Pro Mix blend, in a 5 gallon bucket, every 3 days, I gave 1 imperial gallon (4.5 liters), pH'd to between 6.5 - 6.8, with feeding every second watering. 1 gallon per plant gave me a little run off - but not that much. Between 2 plants, I'd get 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of run off siphoned from the drain trays.

Thank you for your reply! I'm going to be watering the other two today so I'm excited to see how the two that were flushed yesterday and the day before are doing now, hopefully they've turned around.

They don't look too bad, I think it might be a iron deficiency. It usually starts at the tops of new growth and looks very pale yellow/ lime green. I'm going to assume you've been in flower for a week or two, Iron deficiency seems to come out then.
I believe you may need more organic matter/amendments in your medium. just peat and lime are not going to have enough nutes IMO.

Thanks for the heads up Sundog and you hit the nail on the head, 2 weeks flowering as of tomorrow!! What kind of organic amendments would you recommend adding if you don't mind... I've got zero experience, I've only grown hydro in the past.

Some strains will have that pale color at the tops more then others when flowered, and will do fine once they get going. Could also have something to do with Ph, you said the run off was acidic.
As far as adding amendments try top dressing with something like compost, earth worm casting, kelp, alfalfa. Stuff like that. Also check out the Organic section for much more info I'm no expert myself.
