Advice appreciated first grow

Basically a friend of mine had to get shut of some plants he was growing allready in week 2 of flower so I took them but by the time I had collected them from him they were all damaged some quite badly but luckily I managed to keep them alive and growing iv had them for nearly 5 weeks now and the fan leaves have started to yellow is this normal for them to yellow at this stage also some of the main top buds have split into 3 small buds instead of one big bud is this normal. This is my first grow so any advice will be appreciated thanks.

Are they getting at least 12 of near total darkness?

Are you feeding them?

They look sativa with 4-5 weeks left

Yeah they're getting 12 hours complete darkness I only enter the room in the morning as soon as the lights come on and I have only been giving them basic nutes canna a+b with Ph being around 5.5

Ok cool. I think the pH is low but if that got you this far then roll with it.

I normally stay in 5.75-6.275 pH when I'm indoors in Coco or sphagnum mix. Outside I don't pH sheet.

Sativa's like to eat sometimes but I'm just reflecting not advising.

Sativa's run like 12 weeks or so IMHE. My indicas run 7-8 weeks max, that's why I run short vs long.

How long would you say they have left as I mentioned I got these plants from a friend and have absolutely no idea on age or strain when I said then had been flowering for 2 weeks I just compared them to others on the net and gathered they were around 2 weeks flower but again I'm a complete newbie and have no idea

Hairs turned orange and recessed back to the bud?

They white and standing straight up?

Scope it and look at the trics?

Iv had a look at the trics they're still pretty clear.
Hairs have started to turn orange I'd say around 30-50% have turned orange but its definitely still spitting more white hairs out on some top buds but not many.

Yup i would go by trics because you have no idea what it is, some take 8 to 12 weeks

They will really bulk in last couple of weeks, you dont want to cut yourself short

Hairs have started to turn orange I'd say around 30-50% have turned orange but its definitely still spitting more white hairs out on some top buds but not many.

I'd scope it again in 2 weeks then every 3-4 days after that unless the plants go code red then I take what I can get.
