Watering once a day with 20% run off 6ph about 550 ppm 50/50 coco perlite plants have been doing good just topped them a few days ago but had Grown since and looked better yesterday i just angled fan to blow more directly on them and today they look Droopy. My question is could this be caused by the fan or nutrient problem. Temps are 78f and 52 rh

Watering until run-off once a day is your issue, Slow your roll and let them roots breathe.
Make sure your soil is nice and dry before watering next, You and your girls will be much happier.

Wrong advice!
Thanks for the reply this is my first coco grow and was told to water daily what do you recommend?
Dude in coco you should be watering every day till run off... ignore the other guy...
I would do the following
1 check calibration of your ph pen. I calibrate mine almost every week which is about every tank change.
2 test the ph and ec of the run off. This will give you a better understanding of what's in the root zone.

I would probably move the fan back. By putting the fan on the plants you are increasing transpiration and through this you ate increasing nute uptake. If you increase the heat or fan then you might need to water down the notes more. Given they are small I would flush through with perfect 5.9 ph low ec notes.... let it dry out for 2 days... then slowly start pushing up the strength.

Also.... use calming.... it's your friend in coco

Potassium deficienci. yellowing in the magrins, Add wood ash and raise your ph. your soils ph is to low, do slurry test with distilled water Add wood ash until you hit 6.5.

I had changed two things since post I moved my lights further away I took a more accurate reading of the canopy and it was getting too warm I believe I turned up the humidity as well I started watering every other day and so far they're looking healthy again. they are also in five gallon pots which may be that is why they're not reacting to not getting watered daily when I switched to flour I'm going to water once a day again.
