Optic 1xl scrog grow

Hey all thought I’d post a mini Journal of my experience with my scrog with optic 1 xl lights and black widow fem from ilgm to my knowledge no one has ever posted a scrog with them... people pull 200 grams off plants with just one of them idk y no one ever thought to scrog with one but hear we are they where 8.5weeks old from seed before the switch I’ll be doing updates every day or every other day any help would be appreciated thx hears some pics of my girls as you can tell I defoliated half of her she was waaaaaaay to dense no air flow the other one I topped 2x for 4 mains and just let her go after that with only one heavy defoliation around the 6 week veg mark....... we are 9 days into 12/12 scrog has popped a few hairs but not many the home cheepo plant is starting to throw them up... I’m at 575 ppm total useing a and b bloom from coco tek and calimagic 1-0-0 at 3ml per gal useing 4ppm ro water as base phed to 5.8 every time

is you screen height good?...looks a little low

the gaps between the wires look tight, i'm doing a 3"x3" opening rope screen and it's tight on moving tops once something starts stretching,

only based on very limited experience, and LGH's scrog tutitorial

Ya I am comeing to that conclusion on this grow indica is a bitch to scrog

trying,,, plywood over a jaccuzi tub that doesnt get used, stealth venting, home a/c, lots of fan moving tops,,, defoliated hard at the flip and minor
fans almost on a daily,,, trying the 'give bud sites the light' method, keeping only top fans, bud sites are bursting imo

i posted all my specs, might be able to find them under my name,,, idk, new to all this,, more pics including stalk formation from a male i had to kill

alot of 'don't do any' and others 'go all the way',,,,i've read more forum stuff about all this than anything i've ever read lately,,
scrog, mites (a friend brought them in my room in an emergency), defoliation, hermies (might have one going), hst/lst,,,on and on

it's alot, as many times that i check on them, you'd think they were breathing.......

your plants looked healthy, wire gaps look tight, although you can 'tie down' to the wire, tops stretching upward in bloom,,,
my 'bag seed' one (i think is indica) due to leaf size (more reading), went crazy after the flip and had tie down 4 branches above the
screen that reach to all sides of a 40"x60" screen. the bud sites are exploding upward off the horizontal branch

Thank you and whTtttttttt!!!! with what lights are you using? Also mine has I’d say about 70-80 how are u able to fit so many in their my canopy is way to tight for my experience level to deal with also do you have any pics?

In this experiment so far, i see that i could have done much more in veg, but i lost 6 of 11 as they were males...alot of work went out with them,
next go round will be legit seed source... also can't wait to try in a dual 8x8 room set up i prepped last fall at my summer domain...
would love to see how yours turns out!!

I'll check exactly what wattage each light is tomorrow during wake up time... i've got two of these:

Mars Hydro Reflector192 400 watt

and now i've added a friends that finished early, i think they are 100w each at least,,, i may have to back off using his, my temps are running high, going to try adding additional a/c flow tomorrow, heading into week 5 and need to keep the heat down and lower the r.h.
