A drowsy numbness pains
My sense as 'though of hemlock I had drunk
Or poured some dull opiate to the drains
One minute past
And lethe-ward had sunk

'Got home this arvo & went to check on the greenhouse girls to find this:

Yeah, I know the pots are too small, but I've been diligent on keeping the hydration up to them, but this all happened in ONE DAY!!!! Up until now, they've been lapping-up the heat & humidity in the greenhouse (the chillies in 1-gal fabric pots are completely un-fazed by the same environment).

As @beernutz pointed-out, water is key..........

I could bring them indoors, strip all the crispy bits off, cut them back, give them another big drink & see what's left, but I'm in two minds to just trash them & chalk it up to experience :wall:

Also discovered that the CS I've been spraying the IB girl for seed-production for @beernutz is only 16-20ppm, which isn't enough to make the flowers turn to pollen sacks. Again, :wall: No wonder they're not turning! Rookie mistake.

On the brighter side, I still have 16 clones I took that are all healthy & hydrated for another round of experimentation with lessons learned......
Soldier on brother...I reckon those plants can be saved outside to

I got one of those rechargeable ultra UV pulse bug zappers and funnily enough aphids are attracted to it and I know I don't need to tell u what happens when one makes contact.⚡⚡and there are also ones that use a light to draw them into a kill chamber wherethey can't fly and eventually die keepint em all in yhe one place

on the really hot 40 plus days you'd be better off moving them into complete shade but naturally ventilated for a few days,

not a green house they for winter and frost

(just to get them through the hot period, it will get colder next week)
I never watered mine today it was 45 ;)

The story said 86 percent of people that were tested or gave their story claimed to be using thc products though. Yea it wasnt exclusive to thc but points to it more then the nicotine. An it also said it wasnt 100% certain of the fact it was the e oil either.. but i know fuk all off the complete story only the info i got from old mates link he posted

Very likely. I'll have to get one of those re-settable min/max thermometers for the future.

I always knew they were in fabric pots too small for their size, but have been trying to keep the coco saturated.

Like I said, lesson learned (ie. don't try to grow in coco in a greenhouse, in full sun, in fabric pots that are too small for the plants, in summer).

Worst-case scenario, I've lost a couple of plants that I've invested a lot of time & effort into.

Best case scenario, I've learned something VERY valuable to the growing regime at my place. I've proved to myself that I can successfully take clones in order to salvage the strain & try again. AND there's still a lot of sunlight left this season.

Thanks to @DustyDuke for the impetus (BASTARD!) ;)
A gd soil mix with 20% perlite in it and Lucerne on top 4 inches will see any.plant survive in the greenhouse u have provided u got some windows open

mate no disrespect but your place is completely different to mine and rewerbs

yours are in the burbs well shaded ,ventilated, and fenced, me and rewerbs are in sort of bush blocks, which require us to build our own structures

and maintain the temps and ventilation inside of it

yours are in heavilly water soil, you been watering for months

me and rewerb in coco perlite pots which need daily waterings

im to busy for this

wake up and stop bitching

oh it definitely needed on some plants. Especially in more humid climates so you get adequate air flow. A lot of guys growing large plants outdoors will effectively strip out the guts so you don’t end up with a centre pocket getting no airflow.

it’s still used in nicotine products as well and the cases weren’t exclusively thc but where exclusively vitamin e oil. So your initial claim was wrong it had nothing to do with vaping thc it had to to with vaping vitamin e oil no mater what it was mixed with
Have to say when I read it there were only about 200 cases and I read that when I first started vaping and that was the claim by doctors back then. So yes I was wrong. But..

Of the 2,506 reported cases, information is available in the three months prior to symptom onset for 1,782 of them as of December 3, 2019.[5] 80% reported THC use, 35% reported exclusive THC use, about 54% reported using nicotine-containing products, and 13% reported exclusive use of nicotine-containing products.[5] Many of the samples tested by the states or by the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) as part of the 2019 investigation have been identified as vaping products containing tetrahydrocannabinol (or THC, a psychoactive component of the cannabis plant).[9] Most of those samples with THC tested also contained significant amounts of Vitamin E acetate.[9] The CDC reported that their findings suggest vaping products containing THC are linked to most of the cases and play a major role in the outbreak.[5
