do I cut a calix off bc else wise I don’t know how to put it under my scopeCheck the trichs on the calyxes, not the sugar leaves.
@xtshoWhat does the overall plant look like? Is it still shooting out white pistils or have they all turned orange and started receding into the calyx's? The trichomes are not the holy grail of a ripe plant. Sometimes trichomes will start to amber weeks before a plant is done. I'm starting to see people harvesting just because they found some amber trichomes despite the plant not being done. I'm not saying that's the case with your plant but without seeing a picture of the entire plant a shot of a few amber trichomes is meaningless in determining whether the plant is ready or not. And as @CanadianJim stated, check the actual calyx's not the leaves.
wait 10 days you wont be sorry.@xtsho
how do I get the calyx under a table scope?
also I take pics but it’s still shooting out white pistols but a majority are orange and receding and I’m never sure they are ready
