Took apart my light board to see if it’s legit, can anyone help

Bought em cheap just making sure it’s worth wasting the energy. Definitely not what they said it is I don’t believe. Anyone able to tell me what this is really putting out based on these pics?

I can't see anything there that indicates what actual wattage is being consumed.

Edit: does it have a dimmer of any sort? Board has a 14/40 W marking...?
What was the wattage claim?(likely false)

It does not have a dimmer, it said 600 lol
i have some plants that actually flowered under them first signs of sex was on the 10th and they were 12/12 from seed. I’m new to all this.

There's no question the light will grow plants, it's just a matter of how much footprint it will cover, realistically.
Brand name and model number will lead to actual watts consumed.

It’s definitely an unbranded from China type deal. the footprint isn’t very large. I only have a 3x3 tent and for them to look bright on the plants I have to have them very close (I got 2 of them) plus a bunch of basic 60 watt led bulbs. I’ll send a pic when the lights turn on in the am.

Update. I messaged the seller and sent him the pics and the description and told him that the product was not as described and after some negotiations he is either going to send me another light or refund me half of my money which ever I decide. I’m not sure what these really are yet but after doing a little experimen (I separated my lights more than usual to see which light they’d move towards and to my surprise they hardcore moved away from the 150 watts I know for a fact I have and towards these, so ids say that’s a good thing right?
