1. you have to stop spraying ANYTHING on those flowers .... you are asking for mold .
2. Stop watering so much , that droop is from overwatered conditions AND stress.
3. Get a fan blowing over canopy to evap some of that excess moisture.
4. Excessive Moisture leads to PM .... dog chasing tail .
5. Gnats LOVE excessive moisture ( see #4 ) - use yellow sticky traps to control the egg laying adults.
Flowering conditions RH should be around 40% or less , that water spraying is too much.
Odds are you have increased the powdery mildew situation by bombarding with sprays and soil treats.
Plants are not happy but there is a silver lining .... plants look Sativa leaning and many bounce back since they run longer than breeder times.
