Hi, as the title says having problems, can anyone give me an idea of what is going on, it's a white widow fem, popped on 17/11/19. Leaves are curled and doesn't seem to growing to well.
Thanks, Mark

Air flow is good, temp around 66, humidity 44. Thanks for the reply will check on nitrogen
Is that the only plant your growing? There’s a problem big time if it’s as old as your saying. Here is under two months veg......

What is your water quality. I had similar issues using well water from the tap when I first started growing.

Switched to distilled, problem solved.

Could also be the size of your pot restricting the plants root growth, stunting overall growth.

Low nitrogen as well, although, I dont think low N would account for the size of your plant. That plant is the size of a 2 week old.. so something stunted its growth well prior to the time it would start using N beyond what was already available in the soil. Not to say it isnt Nitrogen deficient, but I'd think there is another underlying cause.

Try repotting into a bigger pot w/ a good growing soil. Itll have nutrients available in it already, so you wont need to add anything to it right away aside from plain (clean) water for a week or 2. This will cover all the "obvious" stuff, and I'm sure will resolve your issues, if the plant isnt too far gone

The leaves are telling you. They're pointing to their roots sayin I'm too wet. I need more air to breathe. When you up pot make sure you use at least 30% pearlite. As SOON as you transplant, pick up the pot and feel the weight. Water and then don't water again until the pot is as light as the first time you picked it up. If you use tap water let it sit for 24 hours b4 you use it.

No there is another one next to it. Pretty much the same. I have grown autos in a makeshift set up and in a greenhouse with no problems, this is the first time in a proper set up with photo period

Thanks for all your replies, water is straight out the ground from a well, ph is neutral, will repot and give them a week or so and then if no improvement, start again.
You should think about starting a Grow Journal. Not only does it allow you to take notes , it'll allow other members to be able to follow along just in case you do run into any problems.

What? Bruh it’s fineeee! If you can’t bring that one back you’re likely going to have similar problems in the future. I suggest trying to remedy this girl.

Looks like a soil problem maybe?

Ground water is often high in all kinds of heavy metals, I would take care using it too much if you don't really know whats in it
