Small plants

My plants look a little small for 3 weeks old got 3 sets of leaves but not very big what can I do to make them bigger

You need to get a *lot* more light on the plant. The length of the stalk tells me you don't have near enough light.

Please describe your growing environment. Grow medium, current lights, temperature, humidity, nutrients etc.

Def behind. What soil are you in. Looks pretty mulchy could be an issue. Over watering? Drain holes in pot? And what light do ya have.

Water every 3 days,soil is mix with worm casting and moisture control potting soil ,holes in pots and full spec light

Temp is 81 and humidity is 40

Ok I just got hps light u think that will help

81 F is pretty hot in my opinion. that humidity is a bit low to i generally aim for 70-75 at most and 45-55% RH

Thank you I changed lights temp is at 76 and humidity is 48

You should experience some normalization that you've cooled your area down. hps lights are great. but they are hot.

That sounds good to me. Keep an eye on them if you stretch a lot lower then about an inch or so but you should be at a ride hight there.
