Because Trump was so hurt by what he said? Do you realize Biden has a stutter, a lot of what he says that people talk shit about is that to get around it once he feels the word 'stick' he changes to a different word/ sentence ending and sometimes it doesn't come out right. This is something that I just can't get behind. I'm trying not to lay into him because he's the clear front runner, but he's archaic as fuck with his approach and will absolutely not get my primary vote.

By the numbers does he have a point that in minority communities there is a education gap that exists? There is, it doesn't mean that he understands how and why it is there, but that it needs people to work on the problem to fix it. A couple hundred years of a racist legal system will do that to people.

I would just suggest understanding that every community is getting slammed with bullshit propaganda and cut up quotes and snippets of information that when you don't take the time to look at the entirety of it is easy to be judgemental in hindsight. All with the aims of ripping us apart and creating camps to get people to not vote or to vote for Trump.

And to look at all the progress that has been made in the last 50 years within the Democratic party, which Biden was a part of. If you want to see a Democratic President that is able to get shit done, understand they need the House and 60 Democratic members in the Senate, otherwise all the purity tests won't mean shit.

So, this story begins with a tweet from Trump. A bit rich that he would comment on other people's dealings in real estate. But OK, so, here's an article on the subject:

Hers were modest single family homes that were loans to family and a few rental properties. One or two were held for a little more than a year and one was held for five months. The story on that one:

Most of these properties were held for years. There is one case that stands out: a 1993 purchase by Warren of a house for $30,000 that was sold five months later for $145,000. The grandson of the woman who sold the house to Warren later told the National Review that his grandmother had let it “fall into disrepair.” The house was renovated by Warren’s out-of-work family members, but it’s unclear how much the materials cost or what the actual profit was. This home was not in foreclosure when Warren bought it.
