Ther is a great benefit to potting your plants up in stages else it’s like putting a size ten shoe on a child and root mass will suffer and be flimsy compared to a well potted up plant and effecting yield it’s a proven fact twice is minimum I would go I usually three pots a 0.7 litre a 3 litre and then final pot usually be a ten and veg in final pot for a few days before flip listen big roots big fruits
