Grow advise/questions for a first time grower.

I've never grown any of those strains, so I can't speak in that regard. However, the rest of your setup looks reasonable.

The plants look healthy, so you just have to be patient. Likely, the roots will gain some ground, then the plants will start to take off. I wouldn't change anything right now at all.

You didn't say what your water's pH is though. Do you have a pH tester? If not, get one, even a cheap one when you upgrade your lamp.

Even these cheap ones will do the job. If you can afford to, also get a pH calibration kit. They generally come in a two-liquid pack.

I got a ph tester and a ppm tester. Tap water is coming out 41ppm and 7.2ph.
pH seems a little high. You might want to pH down to 6.4-6.6, especially if you start seeing weirdness going on with the plants. If you don't have any pH down, mix in a couple of drops of lemon juice or vinegar into the water.

Got some ph down and mixed in with my water containers i got. Ph is down to 6.2 now. Im guessing that should be ok. Barely had to add any ph down so going to be trial and error with getting the right amount.

I got some advice.

By some plant tags and mark those things before you forget what strain is what. Tag always follows the plant to the next bigger pot right to harvest, dry and cure

Plant tags lol .
I think you did good by using party cups .
I actually prefer to go from those to half gallon then 1.5 gallons to 3 or 5 right before flowered. Just helps with feeding , it’s kinda a long explanation but the best way is to gradually transplant imho.
