F112 White Dwarf Auto. Very little amber trichomes. Chop time?

Hello, this White Dwarf Auto from Buddha Seeds went into soil July 16th, 2019. It had no problems during veg and flipped on time. But the flowering process has been slowww. No issues during flower either except for a little nute burn in the past couple weeks. The plant is starting to dry and die, I've practically "wet" trimmed this plant while it's still alive lol. It started to show a tiny tiny bit of amber a couple weeks ago but seems to have stopped. Should I just chop it already?

Since you say its dying I suspect you had some issues because I get trichs that color on green plants
Sounds like it is time to kill

It's not dying that may have been a bit of an exaggeration. The fan leaves are drying up and I have picked off a lott, as plants do when they are nearing the end. I'm about to post pics of the plant as a reply to someone else. She's been healthy her whole life :)

Lol my bad i meant bud shots, shes too big for me too zoom in - really just want to see if buds done.

Dont hate me i didnt expect a monster but a small plant i could easily see bud.

Tbh it initially looks ready now lets get close and personal to a few buds like top and side ones maybe a lower as well.

Its easier ti judge buds than trichs on these matters :-)

Ok i kept flipping between the bud shots and whole plant shot. Yes it could do with longer but she is loosing health fast.

If she is still changing them white pistils to brown id try and hold off but as you said she is slow moving i myself would cut my looses here.

I think herbs and suds was pretty spot on to now weve seen pics - it should make some good home grown bud but alas probably not top shelf.

Hiw do you feel about it? :-)

The yellow out is from to much P and likely to early on too.

Less P in bloom and up yer N for the first few weeks on bloom also.

Most nutrient charts and feeds have you drop the N and raise the P to early/to much.

Run your veg food for the first 2 weeks of bloom and then 50:50 Veg/bloom for the 3 rd and go full om bloom after that.

Now then, try and keep it going for another week or so.

This plant was completely green 4 weeks ago and I did not change anything either. Once I started seeing it go yellow I dialed back the nutes but it's just drying on it's own from the bottom up like when it's finishing up. She's been in flower since September, I think ol' girl is just tired, especially for an auto lol. I'll try less P and more N in the first two weeks for my next grow. I don't feed them anything during veg, the soil I get has enough nutrients to keep it nice, green and happy during veg

How do I feel? hm, pretty good I think. She has more amber trichomes than what is shown in this picture. I chose a less amber picture to go against my own bias and get honest answers. I'd say she's about 10% clear 80% cloudy 10% amber, that was on Wednesday and if I chop Sunday she'll have a tiny bit more amber by then. I don't want to keep her going and she hermies on me from stress. I think for my first grow it's not too shabby. Hopefully better genetics on my current vegging plant. F112+ on an auto is ridiculous lol

Thats one thing i try to incorporate and thats you the growers feelings on the mattet. You seem happy to chop on Sunday and i reckon its gona be good if you do. First grow this is pretty awesome so well done, please update with some smoke reports on this thread in a couple of weeks.

I only advise the two week hang dry, dry in a week but flavour and taste after two, you can check both dry and the flavour by taking small samples and smoking them.

Trichs dont always do what we want so keep open minded when judging harvest by them as if it looks done it generally will and over time you will be able to judge trichs and get healthier plants when done.

Welcome to RiU and a lifetime of growing dank dude :-)

Youll find your own weed taste even better to youself, dont ask me why but your mates might say its ok but you will find it fire. Its weird like that and many have noticed this so ya you gonna enjoy this big time.

Its all in the drying, the cure means very little imo :-)
