For starters, those LED's don't draw that much wattage, see what the real number is.

I would want to know the pH of the root zone. They look like it might be way off.

P.S. It is in fact easier to read and type if not capitalizing every word. ;)

What kind of soil are they in? It doesn't necessarily look like a nute prob. as it does a broad mite prob. Just like @SheeshM just said I see, lol

you got russet mites. Buy some wettable sulfur powder and mix 1-2 tbsp with water in a 32 oz spray bottle and it will take care of them quick. Make sure you cover every surface of the plant.

It looks like a textbook russet infestation which is different than broad mite damage. Sulfur dust is super cheap and harmless to use in veg, and will help him narrow down his issue much earlier than feeding it more nutrients would. You should see normal new growth within a couple of days.

No comments on nutrition or environment but its mites...Without identification... you dont know what you have. Mites are easy to spot. Get a 60x scope.

Russet mites, broad mites transmission can be traced to inception. A plant a part of a plant.

If you have mites you will see damage migration not dmg everywhere

Mites often travel from bottom to top as they use the tops of the plant they infect to use as jump off points to travel to other plants through air flow...

I'm not feeling it is mites.
Like rustyshaclkferd said the damage is gradual and I think if it was mites having spread through the entire plant that at this point it would look way worse than it does.
I'm looking at the op's lights in the last picture and I'd bet those lights were a lot closer at some point prior to the picture.
Since the op suggests nute burn I'm going to guess excessive nutes were given also.

Thank you everyone, the leaves are kind of folding like taco shells. Im thinking it was the Lights and me going full strength on nutes before switching to flowering

I Sprayed for a few days straight with Neem oil and mighty wash just incase. New Growth seems a Little better .
A few days straight? Every 4th day is SOP and you should be 100% certain you have mites before even spraying once.

I'd do a rinse off spray very thoroughly to wash off the residue that is likely the cause of what's going on.

Looks like you sprayed with the lights on.

Good luck.

:peace:

Went to the grow store and showed them. They said definitely Light burn from spraying. Suggested organic rescue mist, gonna spray and hope for the best.
This doesn't make much sense... they say light burn due to spraying, so they sold you a different spray in hopes to resolve the problem?

I'm not trying to be condescending here, I'm just failing to see the logic.

if it is russets you're already too late without a long recovery period.

when in doubt bring out the big guns.
floramite and avid are not effective against broad mites.

forbid/shuttle/akari/kontos are all recommended to treat tarsonemid mites (russet/broad mite).

Another case where grow store employees doesn't know jack shit what they talk about. You won't get light burn from spraying, it doesn't happen. This myth doesn't seem to die off! I've always sprayed with lights on. You spray with your solution followed by a clean water spray with a surfactant.

I see little reason to spray with lights off. You will more likely cause a humidity problem and an environment that is suitable for fungal growth.
