Help plant issues

Arghh more issues with my plants leaves are curling(assumed heat stress as was outside moved in side to sit infront of window while i try and work it out now the leaves are kind of turning black and curling up even after getting rid of the other affected leaves pics posted guys any idea what could be doing this/how to fix as im about ready to lose my shit pics attached

1.grown outdoor from seed moved inside yesterday
2.for growing mediun using canna terra professional
3.temps last week were 30-38 C this week max temp is 32C with it mainly being around mids 20s
4.growing in pots
5 for nutrients ive just been using thrive flower and fruit soluble fertiliser at about 2 grams per 9Litres of water giving every 3rd/4th watering other waterings just plain water
Any specific questions just ask more then happy to help get to the bottom of this

Man she’s kinda leggy with no kind of lateral branching ... temps are not an issue with this Sativa leaning plant.
How much outside light per day can this plant really be getting ? .... looks like it’s stretching to get as much as possible ,the heavy leaf loss doesn’t help as it is more stem than plant. .... I wouldn’t think it might be worth the trouble.

Is there any way you can throw a light indoors on it and go for a veg light cycle like 18/6 and get those node shoots to pop out. ?

From what i can see its a 250mm pot so about 3 gallons in u.s.a sizes i think
Happened id say 2 days ago fine in morning came back late afternoon and it was all crispy so got rid of all crispy leaves and had it infront of window since and then today i noticed even more crisping shrivelling and the black/blueish tinge and the occssional yellowish tinge on some leaves

About 14 hrs pribably about 6-7 hrs direct with the rest being indirect i agree shes not to leafy as i just finished cutting off 4-6 sets of affected leaves cant do indoor as no light fir it

how did they look like?
the few leaves there will have a hard time to suck water up. thats why theyre down.
