) if you have a healthfood/vitamin store near you go look for some liquid lecithin- add about a tablespoon for each oz of trim your running, this will further enhance the mixture. does your slow cooker have a digital tstat? if so set it to 160, if it is older and only has "warm-low-high" settings then use WARM, most crockpots the"low" setting will still reach temps of up to 200 when steeping in excess of 2 hours.
* if you're allergic to coconut or are worried about someone you're sharing with being allergic to coconut then the next best options are regular olive oil (do NOT use extra virgin), grapeseed, sunflower, almond, walnut, sesame, avacado, macadamia, or peanut oils. do NOT use ordinary soybean oil, canola oil, or corn oil, and again no extra virgin olive oil.
