PH dropping quickly, cant get away from 4.6

Heat/light stress slows down transpiration and photosynthesis and intern nutrient uptake. You ppm are probably rising meaning the solution is becoming more concentrated and as nutrients we use are generally more acidic your ph will drop as this happens. do you have a ppm meter?
read op, ppm is 140 now, im a bit under half a gallon down since i posted this so its almost rite on... Do you think i could be leeching the roots at this low of a ppm in dist water? this is my first time using this rez, as it is a different shape than a tote.. possibly the roots are getting too crowded?? Will post pic of roots soon, they populate almost the entire rez im as im almost done with week 7

Root rot will lower ph from decaying organics. Ph up and down is ok to use if you need to create a buffering capacity.

OP have a pic of the roots?
Ah you're right. Algae is up, root rot is down.

I disagree. Ph up and down shouldn't be used together. At least not in larger quantities.

Definitely can be root stress but transpiration is more important there are 2 pathways of uptake.
Back that light off and make sure you have good airflow through the plant.

What light are you using? And how close is it?

I agree only enough to create a buffer to resist extreme ph change. Ph up is potassium bicarbonate it's actually a nutrient but needs to be taken into account. But you definitely want to use as little as possible to achieve that.

Calcium carbonate is a good alternative since calcium is actually the most used nutrient... More than nitrogen.

tsw2000 quantum led on 75% just under 3 feet away its at the top of my tent, no extra hang down... i have an inkbird temp sensor, mounted at canopy height aswell in direct light, im running a vivosun oscillating pole fan, temps are all in check at all times, i really dont want to believe that its burning from light or heat with the ph issue remaining

OP how are you mixing all your nutrients?
it depends, this mix was a fresh res drop in.. otherwise i just mix in a one gallon and top off untill i hit target ppm and water level.. target ppm for remo apparently is 500-600 and 800+ in later bloom.. the remo line is chelated and says you may mix in any order and ph after.. the week 1-4 remo flower which im on 4 ppm at 250 fresh res drop in post ph adjustment

As more people are coming to me, its seemingly looking more like i have a lockout issue from the repeated low ph shock. Should i flush medium and roots in clean water and start over or try and rock it out, been rocking for a few days now and all the ph up is getting really old

I will raise water level and add a little more great white, temps are at 63, no stench like rot either, ive had rot many times usually an area that big you can smell tht shit like wet fur

Thats not stained that's your problem. Take care of your root rot, that takes care of your Ph issue, everything else is gravy.
Yeah temp adjust your tap water and use a sprayer to remove the slime. Gently rub with fingers to get it off. Mix a new res of nutes and add hydrogaurd fill so the root are submerged. I suggest mixing hydrogaurd in a gal of distilled and pouring from the top to ensure all roots get contact.

Rinse the roots daily until it's clear usually 3-4 days.

Personally I think that res is to small for the plant it's going to be a rough go to finish. Complete res change ever 2-3 days at this point I would suggest

I tried their line of Ph Perfect... Absolute disaster. I've gone to Mega Crop since and haven't had much of a Ph fluctuation. I went from 5.7-6.0 in the course of a couple weeks.

Personally my favourite is the DNF 6 pack but it's hard to get your hands on if you don't have a shop nearby.

Edit: not to mention the difference between the Ph Perfect and Mega Crop is night and day. I was plagued with deficiencies which were cured shortly after the switch.
As it turns out you need to buy all the extra bottles you can't really just run the Grow, Micro, Bloom.
Exactly I switch from ph perfect as well because in order for it to work you have to buy the full line.... hundreds of dollars, just crazy I have learned a lot by error I'm back to GH flora with cal mag....it is all plants need ….bloom booster are nothing more than over exaggerated extra squirt of bloom

ill do a res change tomorrow 8g tote, the roots have exploaded from the last time i pulled the entire thing out.. i threw a gallon of fresh water in, sprinkle some great white ontop the medium also some directly in the rez. i let the water run down the medium diluting the powder and running through this usually solves my problem within a day. 2ml gh up brought 5.2 to 5.9 water temp 61.7. will do a full root rinse between reservoirs. i think this root ball is going to hold onto alot of shit
