You mean the tax cut that’s only for good little hourly workers (not business owners or contractors) and which is going away in a couple years while billionaires get to keep their deficit skyrocketing tax cut forever?

It's not surprising. People end up abusing it and turning their brains off -they are more likely to end up just waiting for someone to give them what they want instead of earning it.
