Just curious why you'd flush, then heavy feed the plant, especially if you think the plants are deficient in some way...what was the reasoning for the flush?
How much coco is in your mix? This is where I'd start. If you have a high percentage of it in your medium and you're treating the grow more like a peat grow...well, that's the start of your issues.
You don't mention the specifics of your nutrients, aside from the brand, and you don't mention pH data aside from saying the run off is within pH parameters. What is your parameter range and do you pH what you're putting into the plant or only worry about pH in terms of the run off?
More importantly, if your plants are short on iron, zinc, sulfur, etc (which I don't believe is the case)...almost without a doubt it's because your pH is off. Of course if your nutrient line doesn't have any of those elements in it...well, there you go. I think if you can answer those questions, you'll get yourself headed in the right direction. Good luck.
