This is fucking rediculous. The sources in cal mag are highly soluble. Don't make me laugh even harder at youHere's my guess. You didn't add cal mag to your nutrient mix Very VERY FIRST before anything else. Also, didn't add each part I dutifully with stirring in between each.
I bet it's lock out. Suuuuure looks that way
Again reading and interpretation skills at thier finest. You blaming waterfalls when dozens of US have had success with it holds no weight.
This recurring issue happens on mid growth leaves in the light and shade. It takes a while for it to show on new growth say 3-4 nodes of growth. So are we just looking at old growth? The new growth seems better does it not? It appears that the sad looking leaves were from when you had issues that you corrected. They will continue to get worse but if the condition doesn't spread to other leaves I think you are good to go.
Ok list everything you are adding and have nutrient and additives... Your tap ppm 150 check..This recurring issue happens on mid growth leaves in the light and shade. It takes a while for it to show on new growth say 3-4 nodes of growth.
Ok ya I’ll take some pics.Ok let's get back to basics here. If you water is 150ppm it's highly unlikely you need cal mag. You may need some mag depending on the nutrients you are using.
Can you list your nutes and parameters.. temps humidity and let's start working this out. I don't think there is one answer.
Also just because you have a deficiency does not mean you don't have enough available nutrients.
If I'm honest blind guess is ph. But let take this a step and a time. Stop trying to diagnose issues and start looking for the root cause. Aka get back to basics. Process of elimination.Ok ya I’ll take some pics.
Back in veg say week 2-3 I tried no calmag and 100 ppm epsom. 500 food. Still seamed to get it. Here’s a pic
I’ve tried this before with my old pen. 7.9 is what I understand it should be. I have new 7 and 4 calibration fluid.Grab some tap water like 250ml and throw a tsp of baking soda in it... This is fuckin ghetto but ph should be about 7.8 I suggest getting a calibration solution.
How much oh drift are you getting in 24 hrs?
Good good so we can trust the ph meter.I’ve tried this before with my old pen. 7.9 is what I understand it should be. I have new 7 and 4 calibration fluid.
Ph drift is usually goes up. With low food I use a ton of ph down. Just doing a test now of 15 l of water. 30 ml a 30 ml b. 15 ml calmag. So far 5 ml ph down. Letting it sit a bit.
Rodger that. My wife has been slow cooking some back ribs in who knows what kinda sauce but the smell is amazing. Now don't add any other addatives l without checking. Silica can cause precipitate if not added properly. So let's get a base plan and stick to it. Then adjust as ya need. It's not going to be a fast process so not insta fixes here. Need to give time to see how things improve.
Scratching my head on this. Didn’t see this post.In a new res with you tap water add 1/2g per gal of actual water not container size epsom salt (magnesium sulfate). Then mix ratio of those nutes 50/50 gives a very nice ratio. After tap and mag sulfate add your nutes to bring it up to 700ppm of 50/50 mix. Then ph down to 5.8. check ph again in an hour and adjust back to 5.8 if needed.
Now in 24 hrs check that ph again and let me know what it's at. You want about a 0.2 increase.
Are you not running h202 or bacteria? This is something you will need to do.
The other parameters look ok for now.
