So leds make it not like outdoors....? We need to adjust for some lose of something missing between the outdoors and leds now? Were not back to mythical cold light again :-)
Indoor growing is not like outdoors no matter how you frame it. Outdoor environments are constantly changing both throughout the day and also throughout the season, while indoor grows are typically more consistent environments.

Your so good at saying that led has such great spectrum - how come somethimg as shit as hps does so well.....

Its all about answers and you havent got them so are easily led by led spectrum graphs and their nice smooth lines that would indicate a full and complete spectrum.

Really no body explains the obvious when comparing lights and thats htf dies hos work so well against all your data ans so called science.

Take some time to consider the wider world :-)

How has the cree 3590 chip failed as far as spectrum?

Blurples again. Why you butthurt were your people California raisin's?
Its only just recently they have gained some credibility but when legal hit a lot of old timers left the boards and now they just get pushed hard again.

What hurts is peeps not humping leds as hard as you - sends you lot crazy :-)

Are you dumb? Probably since you don't even seem to understand the difference between "your" and "you're".

You made a statement that LED had failed spectrum, and I pointed out that the cree 3590 chip has a great spectrum. Instead of discussing that point you are off on some other tangent.

Funny how you can't seem to post a single pic of your grow. You are a noob not an expert.

He also swears that plants with no smell are the holy grail of weed. But you're right I've never even seen one picture from him.

It's kinda like cars.
There will be guys rebuilding/maintaining things like '69 Impalas, Mustangs, etc. and saying they were the best cars ever built, period. And they'll get you where you need to go.
But those same guys will be driving modern cars, possibly even electric powered cars, when they need to go to work, or to get groceries, or what ever. That's because burning a lot of gas to get horsepower that never gets used is pretty dumb.
HID lights will grow weed, but they will cost you a lot on your electric bill. They have low front end costs because they've been around a long time. The factories are built, the design is set, most if not all research has been done. They're about as good as they can get.
LEDs are still getting better. They have a higher up front costs, but over a 25,000 hour lifespan, they'll pay for themselves. And everyone who use them for weed seem pretty happy.

A '69 Impala is as good as it's ever going to get. Modern cars are getting better and more efficient every year.

You used to rant about how ppfd ratings for LEDs were all lies, and everything that comes out of the mouths of manufacturers was literal shit. But you never gave any details, so it's pretty hard to take you seriously.

As to someone figuring out plasma generators, so efficiency won't matter, that's just idealist fantasy. Whether they figure them out or not you're still going to pay for electricity, one way or another.

If i take 600umols of one light then 600umols of another light your saying i need a different set up - Dont think so unless one light is spectrum poor and inefficient and hence why from blurple to now leds have struggled :-)
.
Not poor and inefficient, different. It's well known that if one parameter is changed, other changes may be appropriate.

As far as LED saving money in the long run, do they really? To run a 600w hps at 12/12 for a year costs me just under $400 in power. I could shave around $160 a year off that by running 400w of LED, but then after 25,000 hours (under 6 years of 12/12) you have to buy a new fixture. You've saved just under $1000 in power in that time but then you have to spend nearly as much as you've saved on a mew quality fixture. Not only that, but we haven't even to discuss lumen drop off of LED vs HPS over time, as LED has a fairly steep drop off after a few years.
