I just looked that up on Craig's List and there were no other listings for shatter. I figured out IG. Thanks. Didn't know about the souvenirs being seeds. My friend's hemp tested hot so he has to do a distillation and pull out all the CBD and that will leave the THC distillate all the other Cannabinoids and he did a run on terps before decarboxylating so they are beautiful and can be added back in for a beautiful whole plant THC oil. I've been growing and formulating for years and thought I might be able to help him place this. it will have COA's available.
I'm not interested in seed. In fact since I have all of this distillate available to me I really don't need shatter anymore. And I totally agree with Saboo the Shaman how sketchy the grey market can be. But the people I trusted have all disappeared. Either out of the business, moved etc. Seems like things have become even more difficult since it became legal. WTF????

I think it is pretty Grey here. if you grow more than you need based on your legal plant count I think you can sell the excess but not supposed to make a profit. But I'm pretty sure just selling shatter in large quantities here is still a no-no. i doubt anyone has the time to worry about those buying small amounts for personal use. it appears most of the laws are Grey enough to allow the government to screw with you if they want. My friend has yet to find a definitive legal answer outlined in the Hemp regulations for transporting legal hemp across State line in flower or Concentrate form with COA's.
