big distance between leaves, what's wrong?

hi, this is my first time growing and i feel like there is something wrong with this plant, it keep stretching even tho i have 500w LED light very close to it.

i have the light at 16/8, my soil is in the pics, water ph to 6.5, humanity between 40% - 70%, temperature 22c - 30c

What are you growing her in and your feed schedule plus nutes and your light brand?
I’m suspecting all 3 of these are an issue, maybe not the medium as much.
Also strain info? It could be a genetic thing but hard to tell.
I would pop another seed at this point by the time it recovers it migh pay off as back up plus less veg time.

How far away is your light and what wattage is it there should be a sticker on the light that says wattage like is it 500 true watts
It looks like it's stretching to me

It's a crappy light. "500 watt LED" that probably pulls 90 watts lol.

Low light levels cause stretching.

Red light causes plants to stretch more. A light with more blue spectrum would provide the potential for shorter internode distances.

strain is 707 truthband feminized from Humboldt

I'm thinking of doing that but idk which strain to choose as a beginner

idk, i readied that 16/8 is the best for new plants

she is 15 - 17 day's old

Those lights are built to suck in novice growers so many growers have a shitty blurple light laying around

i didn't know they would be lying about the led light power, ordering a new light will take some time to arrive, what i can do to save her from stretching more

Yeah but that's a shit light man so it could prob go a bit closer and are you spraying the plant when watering cuz if you are that will damage it also

I’m running Quantum Boards look em up or cobs there fairly cheap, If you want to go the LED road.
It’s my first led grow under qb’s I’ll call 1.5p in a 4x4 area running 480w

i tried to find fox farm soil, but i couldn't find any in my country, so this the best option organic soil i had available
