Well as long as the tips don't start turning yellow they will be fine
How old is the seedling and are you using nutrients and if you are how much you using?

Its about 4 days since it popped its head above soil, im using an organic pro mix soil with slow release amendments already in there, distilled water, no yellowing she is a nice green with lighter green in the middle as its new growth, my last few never had these during the seedling stage so i wanted to double check

What is the temperature it's hard to read in the pic
Lower temperatures like 65f will make your plant change color a bit some will go lighter green or purple

It's can also be that the plant might want more nutrients and I know slow release amendments take like a week to start working

It says 16 - 33 on it which isnt accurate i havent reset it in a while its usually 16 with lights off 24 25 with lights on, so the tips pointing up isnt anything to worry about unless i see some discoloration ?

Yup it's going lighter because of lower temp 16c is 60f it dosnt mean your plant is getting harmed but I would prob try to rais the temp so it stays at like 22c-25c while the lights off your plants will grow a bit faster also because of a more comfortable climate
But it's still doing good
