I am running House and Garden now for the first time (Coco line)
It is definitely good, I still have a few weeks until harvest, so the real question of if its 'worth the money' remains to be seen. I have run Advanced Nutrients, GH and Megacrop and honestly the cheapest, simplest, one part nutrient, was the most effective.
I plan on testing Jacks 321 next

I'm looking into either house an garden aqua flake or Canna Aqua what would be better for a ebb an flow setup. Out of them 2 how often will the PH swing an would give me better results. I heard GH are good an easy aswell an less costly

For most of my time growing I have been using and ebb and flow setup. I have never run Canna before. I used to run GH Maxi series with all the additives and honestly it was good. PH would rise a bit but you learn how low to PH your res so it drifts into the correct range. A lot of work mixing in your base then all the additives. I got a good deal on some House and Garden nutes so I figured I would test it out. So far it seems really good, not as many parts to mix as GH and PH rises like crazy. I ordered the PH Stabilizer even though I am in tap water and it actually seems to work well. Res starts out very high, have to lower it quite a bit but then it stays very stable.
With all that said I switched to Megacrop 1 part nutrient with no additives after I ran GH and got the same, if not better results. Cheaper and way easier. Completely changed how I view nutrient lines now. After this House and Garden run I will be testing Jacks 321, same idea as Megacrop but a little more control to tweak things.
