I used the hortilux did fine I don't like hps to much heat
Just OK?ya hortilux is ok,cant get enough heat from my 600.Pending what climate your in but around here hps is the only way.
How about super fantastically?They seam to push them at the grow stores, mines on its 3rd round no complaints.Just OK?

Ive compared the Ushio bulbs to many others already in the saltwater reef community.....don't think I will pull the trigger on that brand again- even if I could be wrong.Ushio makes a very good bulb for less than 50, on a budget thats what I would buy personally.

Reef lamps are metal halide.I have seen them highly rated for grows but who knows with online ratings. I did have good results with some. Are reef lamps metal halide or HPS?

After checking into these ushios- I am now thinking to try them.
Is that a reputable website link to purchase from? Or just an example link to the bulb? I could use recomendations for good/bad sites to order from.
