Well, I think I bought Chinese LEDs once, didn't much care for them but they did ok.

I'm using the South Korean LEDs now

Be disciplined about the small stuff. Don't put off cleaning your cloning res, pruning/lollipopping, cleaning pots after a harvest, etc. Take care of things as soon as they arise to keep everything running as cleanly and efficiently as possible. Laziness can be enticing, but just causes problems.

Just how important your PH is. I grew in soil for years and when I switched to coco/dwc I was very lazy with ballpark numbers using a ph kit. I now run a Bluelab monitor in my 3 rez and also a Apera Ph60 5 in 1 pen for a portable.

The best advise i can give is what I'm slack doing.
When i started out id spend to much time with my plants- this caused problems. After a few harvests I started to get complacent and bored so didn't spend enough time with my plants- this caused problems. Spend time with your plants every day or two. Give every plant a good look over.

o..and clone anything new and label everything.
