Plants are not growing tall

So I have had a plant growing under 300w led light for a month and it looks alright but it is short anyone know why

That actually looks fine, taller doesn’t mean better

Ok I just feel maybe I should move the light higher

It is about 12 inch from the top

If you move it higher you make get it to stretch a bit more. Do you want a a tall lanky plant ?

No I just have seen lots of talk plants and mine is short and bushy I actually like it

So, you topped it, right? So thats most of it. Looks ok for a month old topped plant. Seen a hell of a lot worse. Looks pretty indica, they grow slower, take longer to recover from cutting/training. Like I said its pretty good looking. You could benefit from a proper light. Maybe learn to grow roots.
