Thinking of changing nutes, having bad luck with dynagro, can i use seaweed extract through a full cycle from start to finish without any other nutes? Meanwhile I'll continue reading

Hard to say. If your soil mix is active with compost and has been amended with dry fertilizer and minerals then yes it is possible you won't need much soluble npk. In that case a liquid seaweed and clean water source should sustain them.
If you are using a soiless or sterile mix then you'll definitely need more nutrients. Is your goal to grow in natural soil (like say mostly just water only) or you just want to change to simpler form of nutrients?
You can either put all they need into the soil before you add the plants and sort of let it ride. Or you can use the soil as an active medium and add npk in soluble form as in a liquid seaweed or fish emulsion. You can also straddle both disciplines if let's say your mix falls off in mid bloom.

I think sea weed extract is good from seed to finish at moderate amounts. It's one of those must have ingredients in your organic arsenal. Check out concentrates, they have a 1# and 4# for sale at a cheap cost.
