Hey. So I replanted it and moved it down. And moved my light a bit closer.
Is my light too close to my plant ?

I used a soil like that on one grow. Same ingredient list as that anyway. I had a massive Phosphorous deficiency in flower, and the scent of the plant disappeared after week 6ish. You shouldn't need to feed it until about 4 weeks of veg, but with a soil like that you need to keep an eye out for signs of deficiencies.
As a bonus, I found an earthworm in there when I dumped the pot in my composter.

Ya thats a standard mix and be fine as far as i can tell. One would also expect there to be some kind of nutrients added too so it feeds for the first few weeks saving you the hassle.
Most potting soils should be similar, i just use whats in my local hardware store here jn the uk and its always a great product and grows great weed

No and the growth tip looks bad too so its gona grow slow for a while.
How you start in a small pot was fine just light distance but your new ones are gona be better with a bit of luck.
Cannabis actually hates having its stem buried but its a work around for stretched seedlings, other plant types will taje to being buried better but mj just aint keen.
Leave her be and see if she comes back to health, good learning experience.

I've had a couple of stretched seedlings where I had to bury part of the stem, no problems. When I chopped I checked the first one and it had grown roots, converting that part of the stem into the top part of the taproot.No and the growth tip looks bad too so its gona grow slow for a while.

The smooth edge ones are the first leaves and called cotyledons and the serrated edge leaves (the designer leaves) are true pot leaves. Your soil still looks pretty wet to me. Just use a shot glass and giver her 1-2 ounces around the drip edge, IMO. Cannabis likes it dry in dirt.
Ah ok. Makes sense. And with the soil that I'm using. Should I wait 2 or 3 week for the nutrients . Theres pictures of the soil I'm using above

I don't want to go too far on advising since I grow in Coco, but just giver her water for a while and watch the plant for signs of fading color or yellowing. Start adding nutrients slowly and watch your plant. Oh yeah, when you transplant to the final pot, I think you should mix some perlite in with the soil for drainage. Make sure your pots have plenty of drainage holes or use fabric. Cannabis likes Oxygen in the root zone too.

I agree, let the soil dry out more, it is too wet. The plant should be fine in a week. When you transplant it, bury it deep enough to cover the long, spindly stem. The stem will root out and the plant will be fine. When I start seeds in solo cups, I start at 1/2 full and add soil/coco as the plant grows so it is not a spindly stork. MJ does just fine burying the stem. Disregard what some people are saying --- said person doesn't even grow.

I have 4 blub set up as well. I keep mine within 4 inches or closer to the plant.

I try to keep my t5's around 2" the whole time, then I move the plants into my flower room. So each day I just raise the lights a tiny bit to keep them about 2" away. They have touched them and didn't have a problem, but I have pretty good airflow.

be patient , your names not Jack and what you read about jack and the magic bean stalk as a kid wasn't true ,
you have lowered your light so now wait... a little longer, .....
post again in 3 weeks, plants do grow very slow when small, they have to grow their solar panels , but its exponential... slow at start leading to parabolic growth , and then you kill them to smoke them.
the plant knows this so its in no hurry.

It is not really advised to bury mj stems just as it isnt many other species in a similar group type and cat, thats just simple horticulture any fool can google.
The fact that you can bury just about any stem from a plant and induce a root is what your seeing but its not something mj prefers and hence my statement that disagrees with that of mj seemingly loving its stem buried.
The fact you still get stretched spindly stems and have to keep pots lower in soil levels so you can bury them would suggest you need to listen to everyones advice on distance to light and how not to stretch everything rather than trolling your irrelevant stretched seedlings in our faces.
Was it your intention to come across like a newbie and fool? Sure doing a good job so far

That's not soil it's coco coir and growing in it is entirely different than growing in soil.
