I'm currently building my grow space and wanted to know if it's safe to mount meanwell drivers to a wall and what's the best thermal paste to use for cobs that may be ran up to 100w?

The space is a 10x17 but flower will be a 5x10 space room will have a mini split inside.

The mini split won't be needed unless your over 45watts sq/ft or if your sealed and running CO2( added dehumidifier heat). Most any quality paste will be fine.

Full throttle I'd be pushing 2237w with 2 fixtures so that's around 45 a sqft. My summers are terribly hot so I'll definitely need it then

Unless you are growing monsters, that is way more light than I would use. I usually run about 30w sq/ft. This run is 20w and is looking better than my last at 30w. The drivers on the wall should be fine, but space them off for airflow and have a fan sweep past them. A bit of air will drop temps on the whole lighting system. In the 100*s hear and tent stayed mid to low 80*f all summer.

I used red silicon, the kind u use for making engine gaskets. Couple years later and no problems at all.

Use Arctic silver thermal paste and use chip holders, they aren't expensive.

Mount your drivers on the wall, thats fine.
