Well this is a case of no good deed goes un punished.Well, this sucks... Basically I was told that it was checked and they should be in there. Unfortionetly, they weren't so it looks like I'm out of some tacked on freebies... Granted, they were additional freebies, but still; if it was said they would be in there, they should have been. I think this is going to be the last time I order from GLG... I've never had a seed bank sit on my payment (confirmed they did), then not send everything that was on the order list. JBC & DCSE have always done me right and both also have faster shipping as well as quick turn around times to emails; not including they send me what they say they will and usually some additional unmentioned goodies. Shame, GLG has a decent selection, but I'm not going to risk a large order to have paid seeds not show up only to have Dragboat email me saying to double-check my box after I literally turned that thing inside out... I understand that a paid seed =/= a freebie, but if this is the mentality that the bank has when it comes to misplaced or unshipped seeds; then I dont want to risk another mistake that could've been a lot worse. YMMV, but take it with a grain of salt.

Thanks for your support. And your kind words.Dang, someone getting in your mail and sneaking the freebies? Hope they turn up, really can't imagine they would get overlooked on either end, but everyone makes mistakes.
I can attest that GLG is top tier all around, even if it takes a few more days sometimes. Couple banks come close, but the love, care, and selection aren't quite the same.

First off you sent me a email Saturday night Questioning that you did not receive your BD freebies . You also made the first post above before you gave me a chance to reply to your email.
I made the mistake of returning your message on Sunday morning and here is my conversation with you.
It is a very polite message. No where does it say you are not going to get your freebies? It ask you if you can double CK.
And I did this on my day off. That is not a sign of Bad service.

Circled in green are the freebies I sent for a replacement. And I sent that customer a message that I was sending out the missing freebie.
So at this point I thought I had you handled.
So If I did make a mistake on your original order I am sorry. But I did try to make it right ASAP.
I will send 3 more freebies today.
But I do not feel what you have said above is right. I treat every customer the way I would like to be treated. And I feel I was doing my best to make things right.
And when you say my email answer was slow. You sent a email Saturday night at 8 pm and I replied Sunday Morning at 6 am?
Before you make a post like this in the GLG forum,I feel I should be given a chance to handle it threw GLG. Not Here.
