Looking good man yeah I am getting daytime highs of +30c in the redneck greenhouse and cause the sides are mainly open the rh goes down to high 30's in the daytime. Still 99% in the morning though but no dew on the plants
I’m also battling the humidity.. I’ve more or less sealed the sides, which were open through most of summer.

4 big box fans moving air throughout the space
Inline fan blowing out, high cfm but can’t remember
Brought my dehumidifier in there to try and control the RH a bit and it is working.... a little. Lol
I have cut out A LOT of insects though, which is awesome
Now that’s it’s 90% closed in if I have to through heat in there I can
I can only swing temps a couple degrees but it helps them so much!

Yeah I’ve got a fan running in there 24/7 and another big one for those really bad days like yesterday morning. Here’s a pic of a hydrometer I use for curing that I put under one of my plants. Just took the picture2DE6A989-9089-4247-A692-EDE6D4E05B2A.jpeg

well, its official. the nuken is inside now! Going to take some final pics and do a thorough look over before chopping. So far i still don't see any PM or rot, and she was probably 1 week away from being fully ripe? Pretty damn impressed considering this is outdoor lol, unreal to think i had no spidermites this year too.

I’ve also got a nuken in late flower... about 1-2 weeks from harvest I’m thinking...

She grows pink pistils!
I'd say a little more than 1-2 weeks but she looks great! I'll take pics of mine soon, the calyxes were just starting to swell over to the point where you can barely see any hairs compared to 2 weeks ago. Man these buds are fat, they could have got a little more fat and dense but for outdoor they are surprisingly dense!

Any pictures? I have a plant about 1 week away too and really debating taking it down now before the week of rain.

This shitty weather is making my cutting hands itchy..

I have a Chemo Kush bag seed I’m growing that’s entering week 9/10 of flowering now and still not throwing out any amber trichomes, it may have to go down sooner than later though if this keeps up.

Any one else harvest a little early due to the crappy week ahead?

She could have gone a little longer for sure, but wait until you see how big these buds are compared to my hand.. Pic doesn't do justice. One of the branches almost looked like it was dying, and this happened quick within 2 days so i chose not to dry that one because it looked off, the leaves on the bud were turning brown but i couldnt find any mold? I'm sure if i let it go mold would have formed in those areas, looking at pics of how bud rot starts, it looks like that one branch might have wanted to rot.

Checked THOROUGHLY over the plant, can't find any powdery mildew and there are definitely no bug infestations. Trimming those fan leaves before drying took a lot longer than i thought, it was the small plant out of the bunch too. It rained hard last night, can't imagine how much more this one would handle in the rain.. My other plants seem to dry quicker, this one had soaked colas after a rain even when i tried to shake it off. I had a feeling this one would be the first to go, and with all the shit weather coming i didn't want to risk anything for it.

Now we wait and see how the 8 ball and northern lights outside will do, they are the big yielders but don't have the quality this one does.

Anyone ever get sick from trimming buds?! My wife ended up puking yesterday from being dizzy from the odour. Today I nearly puked trimming same buds. Never has happened before in my many years of growing. It's the Gelato OG strain, must be high in a particular terpene that's causes this.

My buds could have fattened up a tiny bit more but trychs were fine under a magnifier, kept waking up to soaked plants so decided to chop.

Funny you mentioned this, I harvested a God bud plant yesterday and had the same issues. The odor was extremely pungent (feels like it’s burning the nose) and made me very nauseous.

I've had bad reactions from harvesting buds with PM but if its a clean bud the most i'll get is a little allergies.
