Yes it is cut out the problem area and let it ride if you can move the air around your plants that helps a lot . Hydrogen peroxide can help as well but not when you have dark wet conditions already.View attachment 4398829 View attachment 4398830 View attachment 4398831 View attachment 4398832 View attachment 4398834 View attachment 4398835 View attachment 4398836 View attachment 4398837 Is this bud rot, found it on 1 plant today in an isolated spot, but it was just attacking the bud. It’s got its claws in the main stem , what do I do? Chop it now? I’m only at 7 weeks, was hoping to wait until 2nd week of October
It hasn’t rained in weeks but the humidity has been through the roof, and tonight we’re supposed to get showers. I did cut out the buds, but like said it seems like it has a good hold on the stalk. I’ll go spray with some hydrogen peroxide and hope for the best, really don’t want to chop itYes it is cut out the problem area and let it ride if you can move the air around your plants that helps a lot . Copper soap or copper spray is another option that can actually be used all the way until your plant’s day of harvest (not recommended)This works best when it is sprayed onto your plants each week.It hasn’t rained in weeks but the humidity has been through the roof, and tonight we’re supposed to get showers. Thank you I just hit it, I had some in a spray bottle from when I was dealing with pm a week ago. Iam just going to keep an extra close eye on that plant and that spot, probably hit it 1 more time tomorrow as wellCopper soap or copper spray is another option that can actually be used all the way until your plant’s day of harvest (not recommended)This works best when it is sprayed onto your plants each week.

It was a completely different plant, but you are right, I’m going to look for mold resistant strains that best suit New England weather. Can’t do this every year right at crunch time.If you were dealing with pm and now budrot chances are spray wont help.... it will just keep re forming as its the enviroment thats wrong.... next year try more mold resistant strains .
It sucks because the mold always shows up right when they fatten... which is like right at the finish line... happened to me too thisnyear...7 months hard work ruined in tje last 2 weeksIt was a completely different plant, but you are right, I’m going to look for mold resistant strains that best suit New England weather.
